Job Description : CFO UAE Chief Financial Officer – Manufacturing Group of companies The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a critical role in driving financial strategy, planning, and management to ensure the company’s financial health, sustainability, and growth. He / She is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, implementing best practices, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making processes. Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the business goals. Pricing Strategy: Implement pricing models that maximize revenue while maintaining competitiveness. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasts. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and ensure liquidity. Financial Reporting: Oversee financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Capital Allocation: Optimize capital allocation across business units and investment opportunities. Cost Control: Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. Automation: Drive process automation within the finance function for efficiency gains. Team Leadership: Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence. Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or any related field. Experience: Minimum of 25 years in finance leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Certification: CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strategic Thinker: Ability to align financial decisions with business objectives. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Collaborative: A team player who can work effectively across functions.
