Job Description : BEVERAGE COMMERCIAL EXPANSION MANAGER THAILAND This company is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Expansion Manager - On-Trade to join their team in Taguig. The company is an established alcoholic beverages company. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive on-trade presence and enhance the organisation's presence in the beverages industry. Develop and implement strategies aligned with overall company goals and objectives Work with distributor teams to execute promotional activities and follow up on channel implementation What you'll do: As Commercial Expansion Manager - On-Trade, you will play a pivotal role in directing all aspects of our client's commercial activities. You will lead and develop channel planning to work with distributor teams implementing the strategic goals set for business growth. You will also monitor sales targets achievement continuously and proposes revision where necessary. Furthermore, you will monitor execution of distribution, display, and activation targets for assigned channels, follow up and coordinate with distributor channel teams to ensure local execution is aligned with defined plans and policies Lead and develop channel planning to work with distributor teams implementing the strategic goals set for business growth Monitor sales targets achievement continuously and proposes revision where necessary (volumes, profits) Monitor execution of distribution, display, and activation targets for assigned channels, follow up and coordinate with distributor channel teams to ensure local execution is aligned with defined plans and policies What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Commercial Expansion Manager - On-Trade position has at least 10 years' experience in marketing, business, or a related field. Should have strong understanding of channel and distributor management, on-trade initiatives, and industry trends. You should have demonstrated success in developing and implementing impactful channel management strategies.
