Key Skills: Marketing, Capabilities, Leadership, Brand Building Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing and Capabilities to lead their marketing community and capability building. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading corporate-brand building strategy with stakeholders to improve customer experience measures, ultimately improving brand performance measures and brand results through the local operating model. Lead a vibrant marketing community and capability building Inspire and enable brand excellence that drives results Improve customer experience measures through strategic corporate-brand building As the Head of Marketing and Capabilities, you will be at the forefront of driving our client's marketing strategies. You will lead the local marketing community, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. Your role will involve facilitating capability programs and ensuring that Corporate Brand Guidelines are adhered to at all levels. Your leadership will take holistic content to new heights, directly impacting brand performance measures and overall results. Lead and nurture the local Marketing Community through adopting capability building with local Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Coordinate and supervise Capability programs, including orientations, interventions, and regular communication methods In-charge to ensure the implementation of Corporate Brand Guidelines is well-thorough in corporate and division level Enhance overall content strategies to boost brand performance metrics and outcomes The ideal candidate for the Head of Marketing and Capabilities role brings a wealth of experience in consumer marketing within the FMCG sector. You have a proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals. You possess strong knowledge of Communication Guidelines & Policies and understands Communication Principles. You are capable of training others in your areas of expertise, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Additionally, you have experience in capability development, enabling to drive the team towards greater efficiency and effectiveness. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sales or Marketing or related field Minimum eight (8) years’ proven experience in Marketing/Branding/Marketing Communication within FMCG sector Possesses a strong leadership skill and managing cross-functional teams Proficiency in English, both verbal and written within professional setting
