Job Description : Principal Architect : Pharma & regulated industry specialist : US FDA, Cgmp, WHO MALAYSIA 25+ years experience As the Head of Architecture, you play a central role in planning, designing, and executing architectural solutions for cutting-edge facilities in the pharmaceutical and highly regulated industries. Your expertise is crucial in ensuring designs align with industry regulations, safety standards, and incorporate the latest technological advancements. Leading a team of architects, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative and efficient spaces supporting the complex needs of pharmaceutical research, development, and manufacturing. Compliance with safety, environmental, and quality objectives is paramount. · Oversee architectural design from concept to completion for pharmaceutical and high-tech industrial facilities. · Provide architectural leadership across all design phases, including Site Master Planning and Conceptual, Basic, and Detailed Design. · Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams, integrating requirements from various disciplines. · Lead technical application of architectural detail, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory standards. · Establish and enforce quality control processes for precise architectural drawings and specifications. · Communicate design concepts, strategies, and project updates effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders. · Stay updated on pharmaceutical industry regulations, ensuring that designs comply with relevant guidelines (e.g., FDA, GMP, GCP). · Collaborate with regulatory affairs and compliance teams to guarantee project compliance with local and international regulations.
