Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and strategic thinker with extensive experience in financial management, business planning, and corporate governance. As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success and sustainability of our organisation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, feasibility studies, and business planning. 2. Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives and enhance profitability. 3. Conducting comprehensive financial analysis and preparing accurate financial forecasts and models. 4. Managing cash flow effectively to ensure liquidity and optimise financial performance. 5. Providing strategic guidance on company restructuring initiatives and capital allocation. 6. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining robust corporate governance practices. 7. Assessing and managing financial risks, implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies. 8. Collaborating with other senior executives to align financial objectives with overall business goals. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. 2. ACCA Qualification or equivalent professional certification. 3. Extensive experience in financial management, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry. 4. Proven track record in financial planning, feasibility analysis, and financial modelling. 5. Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and compliance requirements. 6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Effective communication and leadership abilities. 8. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
