Job Description : ine Manager (Beverages) EAST AFRICA Responsibilities: Handling Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of process and line machineries. * Overall responsibilities of RO (30kl), BLOW MOULDING MACHINE ROTARY(SIDEL)SBO COMBI-08 matrix, ROLL QUATTRO F15EVO 336 BPM and SHRINK WRAP-30Packet Per minute fully automatic plant. * Handling and maintenance of the utility section COMPRESSOR 40 bar, LP10 bar, CHILLER-200 TR. * Plan and execute the production & maintenance schedule including human and material resources. * Regular review of plant performance, make action plans for continuous improvement of production quality, productivity, food safety, operating cost and monitoring of process wastage and work to reduce the same to deliver RM and PM utilization above set standard * Started and implemented Behavior Based Safety. Trained and coached employers in new safety initiative
