Position - Business Head - Tamilnadu Responsibilities : - To manage the sales operations & P&L Responsibilities for entire Tamil Nadu for Appliances (Sales, Marketing, Business development, Revenue Generation) - Capabilities in managing business operations and expertise in determining company's mission & strategic direction - Capability to formulate new systems & policies in the domains of sales & marketing, channel sales, business development, new market & product development, training and customer life-cycle and turn them into life & action within the organization - Designing and implementing business plan activities for achieving the expected target and deadlines - Ensuring recruitment and training of Sales Team and Sales Promoters to support sales operations at Chennai and TN Skills & Qualification : - Full Time MBA is must - 20+ years of rich experience in Profit Center Operations, Strategy Planning & Management, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Client Relationship Management, Product Promotion & Launch, Channel Management, Retail management and Team Management - Keen planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising sales & marketing activities and accelerating business growth. - Expertise in managing business operations across the market with key focus on top line and profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
