Business Head

Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD GHANA This is a full-time on-site role located in Accra for a Business Head at Vista Group. As a Business Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall business operations. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic plans, achieving financial targets, leading and motivating a team, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the company's growth and profitability. Experience in FMCG, Paper converitng and packaging business would be prefered. Proven experience in a leadership role, driving business growth and managing teams Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make strategic decisions and solve complex problems Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
