Job Description : Plant Head Manufacturing - Factory Manager (20+ Years Of Experience) RWANADA Job description Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate manufacturing operations for production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments Ensure that production line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements, and financial planning Manage materials replenishment, quality standards, and performance metrics in support of organizational goals and objectives Manage cost structures for manufacturing by keeping operational expenses within budget allowance, and investigate cost-reduction measures Create documentation protocols and ensure that all records of operations are properly maintained and reviewed Direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality and other production-related activities. Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring and controlling important aspects of operational management like operational efficiency, cost control, quality standards Manage capital asset maintenance and updation of plant facilities and equipment Demonstrate leadership and maintain and build culture across the shop floor Incorporate customer feedback into operational objectives to drive synergy in achieving business plan. Requirements: B.Tech / M.Tech with more than 20 years of manufacturing experience In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, project planning, cost control and program management Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements Proven leadership skills with ability to energize and develop all levels across the organization Requirements: B.Tech / M.Tech with more than 20 years of manufacturing experience
