Responsibilities: Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives, ensuring long-term financial sustainability and growth. Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks through the implementation of robust risk management processes and controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Capital Management: Optimize the company's capital structure and allocation of financial resources to maximize shareholder value and support business growth initiatives. Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital effectively, including the development of cash management strategies and investment policies. Tax and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, oversee tax planning strategies, and manage relationships with tax authorities and external auditors. Financial Operations: Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and billing processes, to maintain accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. Mergers and Acquisitions: Lead financial due diligence and integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, assessing financial viability and synergy potential. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, board members, and regulatory authorities, to foster trust and transparency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within the IT industry. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability. Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of building and leading high-performing finance teams. Knowledge of international accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax laws.
