Regional FP&A Manager

Job Description : REGIONAL FP&A SINGAPORE a Global Chemicals Multinational with strong presence across Asia Pacific and Europe regions. As part of their long term planning for top-tier talents, they are now looking for a Regional FP&A Manager to oversee the regional functions for their manufacturing plants. Job Description Reporting to the Head of FP&A and managing a team of Cost Controllers, you will be in a high visibility role in driving the business partnering activities with Supply Chain and the manufacuting plants. You will oversee the costing process across the region and perform monthly factory review, including plant manufacturing analysis. You will support business deals by building business cases on factory capex and network optimization initiatives, with a key objective of identifying savings opportunities. You should be an advocate for continuous improvement work and partake in system upgrade projects. This individual will be groomed to manage a larger portfolio in future. The Successful Applicant Ideally, you should be a degree qualified CPA/CA, with at least 7-10 post graduation experience. You are a self motivated leader and team player, you are pro-active and independent. You have excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; and are comfortable dealing with all levels of staff across borders. You possess a willingness and ability to be 'hands-on' and are meticulous. Industry experience within the Manufacturing industry managing costing function will be essential.
