Senior Human Resources Manager

Job Description : Sr. Manager – HR based at Delhi. We are looking for a person working with a good company preferably in FMCG, FMCD, Consumer electronics (not with a very large set up where positions have limited exposure to specific area only), with good exposure in talent acquisition (Middle and senior level hiring’s specially in sales & Marketing domain) along with other HR aspects like TM , PMS etc. Should have handled a team of 3- 4 as direct reportee. Candidate should be currently working in Manager or above capacity. Experience will be require 10-15 Years post MBA (Good academic scores with 60% throughout is mandatory & MBA from a premium B School)
