Position Overview: The Head of Trading will be responsible for managing a team of physical oil traders who trade across the barrel. This is a senior managerial role focused on overseeing trading activities, optimizing trading strategies, and ensuring efficient execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the company's trading performance and profitability. Lead and manage a team of physical oil traders, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Develop and implement trading strategies to maximize profitability and minimize risk.
