Chief Commercial Officer 

Job Description : CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER TELECOM , VANUATU PACIFIC ISLANDS/OCEANIA The CCO will be responsible for all aspects of commercial operations of the mobile business in the Vanuatu market, ensuring first class customer experience and ultimately achievement of Company KPIs in respect of customers, ARPU and revenue. As part of a highly experienced, lean and visionary team, the role is primarily concerned with ensuring the commercial success of the organization through a combination of strong product development and sales skills with a clear focus on long-term value creation of the company. Continually move all business units under CCO's jurisdiction towards success in a sustainable and fair manner conducive with the “people first” approach of Digicel Pacific and Telstra. Responsible for delivery of revenue, subscriber & engagement targets for the Vanuatu market Responsible for defining and implementing the company’s Go-to-market strategy & execution including value proposition, & channels. Efficiently manage allocated sales & customer services budget to achieve revenues, distribution & TNPS targets aligned to the business plan. Ensure weekly/monthly sales performance management encompassing Sales, sales quality KPI, area wise market share, Count of transacting SIM/Recharge dealers & servicing norms aligned to population benchmarks Ensure cadence of Commercial management to drive adherence to ARPU, Churn, HV contribution, realization & gross margin metrics. Drive efficiency in all costs associated with commercial, marketing, sales and distribution activities. Provide market intelligence to support strategic business decision on feature development of existing and new data solutions. Contribute and be responsible to develop and communicate program vision and product roadmap for Mobile Financial Services as defined by the Head of Mobile Financial Services. Provide support towards business case creation, product and pricing strategy, product planning, product tracking and reporting product operational and financial KPIs. Play a key role in all business development activities including developing market projections, assessing product value, understanding and explaining the relationships between the financial and commercial rationale for new GTM actions. Ensure achievement of Subscriber NPS for the Market (Brand, Transaction, Retail) Manage service levels for customer service operations as targeted by the business.
