Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO MUMBAI INDIA 25+ years experience an industry leader having robust manufacturing, R&D, and sales operations in India and overseas. It wishes to hire the CFO for the company who would define and govern the Financial Strategy for the company to achieve its goals. Specific responsibilities include - Managing Treasury, Risk, Financial planning, Financial Reporting, Manufacturing Accounts, Taxation, Compliance etc. with a team of competent Functional Heads - Manage external and internal stakeholders - Keeping the Board informed with reports, analysis, strategy. - Dealing with Investors and shareholders communicating financial performance. - We invite applications from CA, CS with 20+ years of experience. - Must have worked in leadership role in a Listed company - handled investors, shareholders, banks. - Should have experience in Manufacturing companies across taxation, financial planning, procurement, etc.
