Job Description : HR HEAD CALIFORNIA USA Role is open to International candidates as well a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a strategic HR professional to partner with leadership during a pivotal time for the business. If you have 10+ years of HR experience and are seeking a role where you have a seat at the table, this is it! Compensation - $150-185k + bonus • Build and execute HR strategies that align with leadership and business objectives. • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leading through organizational transformations. • Manage HR team, fostering a culture of excellence across recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and compliance. • Be a culture champion of company values. Leading by example and coaching others to do the same. • Have an eye for industry trends and shifts in the market in order to retain and attract top talent. • Drive operational excellence, streamlining HR processes for efficiency and impact. • Develop and monitor HR metrics, aligning them with our strategic goals for continuous improvement. • A minimum of ten years in HR, leadership experience highly preferred. • A breadth of experience across HR disciplines, payroll, benefits, compliance, and/or employee relations. • Strong Business acumen, with a keen understanding of how HR strategies fuel business growth. • Familiarity with CAL OSHA regulations, safety experience highly desired. • Experience in ESOP companies preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Advanced degrees and certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM, SCP) are highly regarded
