Job Description : BENEFACTION OPERATION HEAD NIGERIA Experience : 20-25 Yrs Job Location : Abuja, Nigeria Age Band :- Max 50 Yrs Education :-B.Tech/M.Tech-Mechanical/Production/Metallurgy Salary :- USD 4500-5000 Thousand / Per Month + Expat benefits JobResponsibilities · TheincumbentwouldheadthecompletecommissioningandoperationsoftheBeneficiationUnit. · Toreviewtheprojectdesign,thesuggestchangesindesignandconstructionwhichcouldreduceprojectcostandtime. · Postcommissioning,wouldbeleadingoperationsandensurequickturnaround. · Identifyoptionsandimplementactionstoadoptbestpracticesforproduction · IdentifypotentialissuesandcollaboratewithMineand/orProcessingmanagementtoprevent,mitigateorresolvetheminareal-timeenvironment · DevelopmentandR&Dactivitiestoensureimprovementsinplantweightrecoveryandgrade. · Toworkinclosecoordinationwiththeoperationdepartmentforcorrectiveactionintheprocessandsuggestthemprocessparameterstoachievemaximumplantweightrecoveryandgradeoftheconcentrate. · Implementprocesscontrols/improvementstominimizeprocesswastagesandenhanceoverallefficiency. · Procurementplanningandexecution,Auditforfacilities,equipment · WouldberesponsibletoensurecompleteadherencetoHSE,Legaletc. · Thebeneficiationheadisalsoconcernedwithmaintainingrequiredqualityoftheproduct. · Responsibleforpreparing&proposingaccurateannualbudgetsformanagementapprovaltoimplementtheoperationalplaneffectivelyandmanagingmaintenanceactivitieswithintheallocatedbudgetaryprovisionstoensurecosteffectiveness · Ensurebothlong-termandshort termmaintenanceplansandschedulesarereviewedandcoordinatedwithproductiondemands(includingshutdownplanningandscheduling DesiredProfile Experienceinaseniormanagementposition.
