Job Description : COO BEVERAGE MANUFACTURING NAMIBIA 25+ years experience This role, will report into the CEO and will manage end to end related to manufacturing. Looking for Candidates with experience in Beverages Manufacturing (CSD / Water), very strong in all Production related aspects related to Can / Tetra and PET along with Productivity improvements concepts like TPM / TQM etc., All Line Production Managers, Quality Manager, Supply Chain Manager will report in to this position. Key responsibility will include : 1) Ensuring timely Raw materials purchase in competitive pricing 2) Preparing Production plan - Yearly, Monthly, Weekly, Daily 3) Ensuring all production lines run at its efficient levels 4) Ensure that the Cost of Production is at Optimal levles 5) Ensure that Quality of product meets the required guidelines 6) Set an example as Leader for brining in professional practices in the factory 7) Ontime production / delivery 8) Proper Warehousing 9) Implementation of Kaizen, 5S, TPM, TQM Etc., 10) Annual / Monthly Budgeting and Monitoring
