Job Description : Chief Operating Officer - Supermarkets, Belgium: COO – Belgium Open to suitably qualified candidates worldwide a major big box multi format store across the country are looking to hire a senior retail senior executive who has a hands on change leadership style, who can drive growth and maximise stores and footprint. A creative change leader is needed that can transform brands, drive change and efficiency across operations. This is a full P&L role with autonomy backed by the board. The important factors: Package: €250,000 Bonus €50,000 -€60,000 (Target Based) Family Medical Executive Car Total potential package €320,000 *Please note this is not an aspirational hire, this is around eligibility and suitability rather than entitlement! Only professionals who have the retail, supermarkets, big box format store experience with a distinct background in merchandising and driving change will be considered. This role is open to candidates who are fluent French, German, Flemish.
