Job Description : Country Managing Director- Supermarkets, Germany Open to German speaking candidates worldwide a major grocery giant who have global brands and private label product stores across the country are looking to hire a senior retail senior executive who has a hands on change leadership style, who can drive growth and maximise stores and footprint. This role will be both a transformational role as well as working on strong developments and expansions. This is a full P&L with 30 stores of €100M The important factors: Package: €270,000 Bonus €45,000 -€55,000 (Target Based) Family Medical Company Car Total potential package €340,000 *Please note this is not an aspirational hire this is around eligibility and suitability rather than entitlement! Only professionals who have the retail, supermarkets, big box format store experience with a distinct background in merchandising and driving change will be considered. This role is open to candidates who are fluent German.
