Jewellery High End Boutique The group one of the most innovative, high quality manufacturer of precious metals, stones and pearls are looking to hire Their new Group CEO due to retirement. This business with 45+ stores, solid wholesale partners and thriving ecom business are looking for an expansion driver, growth leader who can drive brand identity, define their management teams and develop winning teams. A leader who can expand the brand across Europe and Africa, bring collaborations and International products ro their stores. This is a full P&L role with autonomy backed by the board. A jewellery or watches expert is needed. A leader with 15+ years experience leading thriving business who has a exemplary track record of success and change. A multi travelled and cultured Individual who has the HQ experience of top brands who manufacture their own stones and products. The important factors: Package: $370,000 -$400,000 Bonus $60,000 (Target Based) Family Medical Family Flights LTIP Total potential package €480,000 NET *Please note this is not an aspirational hire this is around eligibility and suitability rather than entitlement! Only professionals who have the jewellery experience with a distinct background in merchandising, growth, franchise and flobal expansions and driving change will be considered. This role is open to candidates who are at VP, MD or "C Suite" already looking for a challenge.
