Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller you are responsible for efficiently managing the accounting processes and daily financial activities. The commercial nature of the organization ensures a lot of variety in your tasks. You play a crucial role in hedging risks and managing a regulated cash flow, essential for success in the fluctuating dairy trading market. You have the opportunity to not only manage the Dutch financial processes, but also to actively contribute to the entity in the US. You are also responsible for consolidating financial data, so that a coherent financial overview is created for all entities. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience with international business operations and the associated financial dynamics. Handling tax returns at national and international level Monthly/yearly & financial reports Supervising audits Process improvements Budgeting/cash flow forecasting Liquidity management Your knowledge and experience You have an accounting degree plus are a CA/CPA You have at least 15 years of experience in a similar position. You have excellent knowledge of the English language and preferably Dutch. You have good software skills: Microsoft Office, Unit 4 Coda and Power BI are an advantage. You have experience coaching other colleagues and enjoy doing this.
