Set clear vision and business direction for the company Implement initiatives and extract synergies from collaboration with business units within the group Ensure alignment with the Board and Management Build a strong management team and ensure proper succession plans are in place Drive business strategies that are fully aware of competitive landscape Present accurate and timely management reports to key stakeholders, the EXCO, and the Board Perform duties as the Risk Management Officer by maintaining, reviewing, and improving internal risk controls Be responsible for the overall direction of key departments of the company The ideal candidate for this Managing Director, Business Banking role brings extensive experience from the financial industry, specifically leading a Financial Institution business unit. Minimum of 15 years' experience in the financial industry leading a Financial Institution business unit Proven track record of building a sustainable business with strong leadership traits Strong Project Management skills Strong grasp of accounting and financial reporting standards and practices Strong people management skills Effective communication skills
