Job Description : MARKETING HEAD THAILAND ( OPEN TO EXPATS) This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing and implementing strategic plans for specific product categories. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing data and insights to identify industry and consumer trends, devising long-term strategies, managing product positioning, and forecasting product demand. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the company's success by driving innovation and diversifying the product range. * Lead the planning, development, and implementation of short-term and long-term strategic plans for specific product categories. * Analyse data and insights to identify industry and consumer trends. * Manage overall profitability of a specific product category. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our product lines. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of identifying industry trends through careful analysis of data and insights. Your expertise will guide the development of long-term strategies for our product categories, ensuring their success in the market. You will also manage the overall profitability of these categories, making key decisions that will directly impact our bottom line. Your leadership skills will shine as you manage a team of dedicated marketing professionals, guiding them towards achieving our shared goals. * Develop and implement business strategies and execution plans. * Oversee brand management initiatives to enhance brand awareness and identity. * Lead product launches, promotions, and campaigns to drive sales growth. * Provide process leadership to ensure efficiency across all marketing operations. * Manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. * Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. The ideal candidate for this Head of Marketing position brings a wealth of experience from the FMCG sector or similar industries. With over 15 years in marketing roles, including at least 8 years in leadership positions, you have honed your skills in developing effective brand/category strategies that drive growth and profitability. Your extensive experience in brand management has equipped you with the ability to define unique selling points (USPs), enhance brand awareness, shape brand identity, and position products effectively in the market. Your understanding of Vietnamese consumer behaviour and trade channels will be invaluable in this role. Additionally, your willingness to travel quarterly to the Philippines demonstrates your commitment to the role. * A minimum of 15 years' experience in marketing, with at least 8 years in a leadership role within an FMCG company or similar industry. * Proven track record in developing and executing brand/category strategies for growth and profitability. * Extensive experience in brand management and consumer insighting, including defining USPs, enhancing brand awareness, shaping brand identity, and positioning.
