Job Description : SALES HEAD LIBERIA To set up a new FMCG distribution operations in Liberia. To establish distribution network, Route to Market, van operation, warehousing capabilities and Manpower for sales, warehouse and admin. To ensure achievement of budgeted value and volume turnover and profitability. To drive the Top line and Bottom line and expansions into related segments. To establish new products and grow the market share. Product development and drive marker research. To ensure implementation of marketing activities in line with the Brand Architecture of the region. To hire a required team and train them. Develop brand awareness with target audience as per agreed Marketing plan. (TV , radio; local sponsorships; wall/shop paintings and hoardings; Sampling, POS). Define roles and responsibilities and set targets for the sales/marketing Team. Review and presentation of monthly reports, Budgeting, market information and presentation to the management team MBA 8 to 12 years
