You will be at the helm of a dedicated team of three accountants, guiding them towards achieving their individual and collective goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from overseeing financial reporting to managing budgeting processes. Your expertise in forecasting will be crucial in predicting future financial trends and informing strategic decisions. Furthermore, your ability to present complex financial information in an accessible manner will be key when preparing board reports. Provide strategic leadership to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations Manage budgeting processes, working closely with various departments to ensure financial efficiency Lead forecasting activities, utilising data analysis to predict future financial trends Prepare board reports, presenting complex financial information in an accessible manner Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through effective financial management The ideal candidate for this Financial Controller position brings a strong background in financial control within the real estate industry. You are CA/CPA qualified and have experience in external audit. Your leadership skills are exceptional, having managed teams effectively in previous roles.
