Specialising in precise machinery manufacturing and maintenance, we are currently seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the leadership team. As the CFO , you will be a key architect of our financial strategy and play a pivotal role in guiding the organization through strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of financial leadership experience, possess expertise in Financial reporting in the listed company, and demonstrate proficiency in bank financing and hedging strategies. Financial Leadership: Serve as the primary financial advisor to the executive team, providing strategic insights and recommendations for decision-making. Team Management: Lead and inspire a high-performing finance team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of excellence. GAAP/ IFRS Expertise: Ensure compliance in financial reporting and accounting practices, staying abreast of updates and changes in financial regulations. Bank Financing and Hedging: Develop and execute effective strategies for bank financing and hedging, optimizing financial resources and managing risk exposure. Strategic Financial Planning: Drive the development and execution of comprehensive financial strategies that align with the organization's long-term objectives. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage budgets, providing accurate financial forecasts to support decision-making. Compliance and Risk Management: Oversee compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and manage financial risks to safeguard the organization's financial health. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional accounting qualification is preferred. Proven experience in a CFO or senior financial leadership role. Expertise in PRC GAAP, IFRS, and familiarity with international financial standards. Comprehensive knowledge of bank financing and hedging strategies. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
