Job Description : CFO THAILAND ( OPEN TO EXPATS) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned finance professional to join a leading real estate and property developer in Thailand as their Chief Financial Officer. This role offers the chance to work closely with the CEO, driving strategic financial activities with a focus on corporate finance, fund raising, business development and investment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future of the company by managing liquidity, setting up financing teams, analysing financial positions and supervising various departments. Work closely with the CEO on strategic financial activities Focus on corporate finance, fund raising, business development and investment Manage liquidity and set up financing teams As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for driving strategic financial activities, focusing on corporate finance especially fund raising, business development and investment. Your role will involve managing liquidity and setting up a financing team to support upcoming project developments. You will also be tasked with analysing the organisation's financial position to inform key decision-making processes. In addition to these responsibilities, you will supervise the HR Department as well as Admin & IT Services. Your role will also involve negotiating with potential investors and partners for various businesses related to the group. Drive strategic financial activities in collaboration with the CEO Focus on corporate finance including fund raising, business development and investment Manage liquidity to ensure financial stability of the organisation Set up a competent financing team to support project developments Analyse financial position to inform decision making processes Supervise HR Department as well as Admin & IT Services Negotiate with potential investors and partners for various businesses The ideal candidate for this Chief Financial Officer role is a seasoned finance professional with proven experience in project finance preferably within real estate development & infrastructure projects. You should be able to prepare pitching materials and negotiate effectively with syndications. Experience in managing liquidity within an organisation is crucial for this role. Additionally, you should have experience in setting up a competent financing team. Strong analytical skills are required to analyse the financial position of an organisation. Experience in supervising HR Department as well as Admin & IT Services is also essential. Lastly, you should possess strong negotiation skills to work effectively with potential investors and partners. Proven experience in project finance preferably with real estate development & infrastructure projects Ability to prepare pitching materials and negotiate with syndications Experience in managing liquidity within an organisation Experience in setting up a competent financing team Strong analytical skills to analyse financial position of an organisation Experience in supervising HR Department as well as Admin & IT Services Strong negotiation skills to work with potential investors and partners
