Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD NIGERIA FOR RESTAURANT 10+ years experience A restaurant chain company, part of a larger holding company is recruiting for a Head of Operations to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of their multiple restaurant locations. Team Leadership and Development: Recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing operations team Operational Oversight: Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and consistent operations across all restaurant locations. Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure that all products and services consistently meet or exceed the brand's standards. Financial Management: Working closely with the finance department to develop and manage budgets for each restaurant location. Guest Experience: Prioritising and enhancing the overall guest experience by monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensuring all restaurants comply with local health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and other relevant legal requirements. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a senior operations role within the restaurant industry. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service. Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively. Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
