12 yearsJob Description : APAC MARKETING MANAGER SINGAPORE This company is seeking a passionate and dedicated APAC Marketing Manager to join their dynamic and expanding team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for marketing efforts for its consumer appliances products across the region. The ideal candidate will be a team player who communicates effectively and embraces transparency and shifting priorities. As an APAC Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's presence in emerging markets. You will work closely with the in-country Commercial Manager to provide strategic direction to the distributor’s marketing team, ensuring alignment of marketing and sales strategies. Your role will involve planning and executing new product launches, overseeing third-party agency relationships, and keeping abreast of market changes. You will also ensure tracking and measurement of all marketing deliverables. This role offers the freedom to learn and grow in a passionate environment. Provide strategic direction to the distributor’s marketing team to build a sustainable plan that grows the brand and drives sales across all channels Develop a 12-month GTM rolling calendar aligning marketing and sales strategies Ensure brand consistency and accuracy, especially on asset needs for trade marketing and in-store displays Plan and execute new product launches with various functional teams Oversee third party agency relationship and work strategically to maximise their performance Keep abreast of competitors, consumer’s needs, technology and marketplace changes Ensure tracking and measurement of all marketing deliverables What you bring: The ideal APAC Marketing Manager brings a wealth of regional marketing experience, preferably within the home electronic appliances or FMCG sector. You possess strong knowledge of both online and offline brand marketing as well as media management. Your passion for winning in a highly competitive market propels her to move projects forward for breakthrough results. You have excellent analytical skills coupled with solid marketing execution fundamentals. Your ability to roll up her sleeves and get hands-on is a key asset. Experience in SEA markets would be an added advantage. Minimum of 12 years’ regional marketing experience with preferred category in home electronic appliances and FMCG/retail Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Strong knowledge for on/offline, brand marketing and media management Passion for winning in a highly competitive market Analytical skills and marketing executional fundamentals Ability to roll up sleeves and get hands-on Regional experience in SEA markets would be ideal
