Job Description : SENIOR DIRECTOR STRATEGY AND POLICY DUBAI An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, Strategy & Policy to join a leading regulatory authority in Dubai. About the Senior Director, Strategy & Policy role: As Senior Director, Strategy & Policy, you will play an integral role in defining and executing the firm's strategy. You will work closely with the CEO and lead a team to position the firm's presence on the international landscape. Develop and oversee a strategic plan to focus on international positioning, regulatory enablement and industry growth for virtual assets in the region Drive key programs within the industry to raise the authority's profile and its engagement with the private sector and regulatory stakeholders Work closely with Legal to draft regulations supporting policy objectives around real-world asset tokenisation etc Build partnerships with similar financial services authorities on a global scale and promote the firm's influence on policy-making within the industry Drive market research, intelligence reports and represent the authority as a subject-matter-expert Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services, preferably with a regulatory authority Must have experience in FinTech or cryptocurrency Management consulting backgrounds are preferred Excellent communication skills Persuasive stakeholder management skills
