Job Description : NETWORK AND SECURITY LEAD MALAYSIA Looking for Indian expats This role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of all corporate offices, technical offices, retail outlets, and dealers nationwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including telephony, network routing and switching, L7 Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPN, S2S, Wired & Wireless technology, Cloud network. Responsible for providing comprehensive IT network operation and support Opportunity to work with a diverse range of technologies Critical role in ensuring the smooth running of all corporate offices, technical offices, retail outlets, and dealers nationwide As a Network and Security Lead, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive IT network operation and support. You will handle daily ticket requests and change management related to IT network infrastructure and applications. Your responsibilities will also include attending customer/vendor meetings for architectures and project execution. You will manage documentation of network deployment while reviewing and enforcing security/best practices and network policy. Additionally, you will handle IT network security and compliance as well as network audits. Provide support and guidance on the day-to-day operation covering telephony, Network routing and switching, L7 Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPN, S2S, Wired & Wireless technology, Cloud network Handle daily ticket request, change management related to IT network, IT infrastructure and application Attend customer/vendor meetings for architectures, project execution Manage documentation network deployment, devices health analysis, capacity configuration Review and enforce security/best practices and network policy Handle IT network security and compliance, network audit The ideal candidate for the Network and Security Lead position will have at least a degree in any field along with 10 to 15 years of experience in network strategy planning and support. She should have the ability to effectively engage at all levels of stakeholders with good presentation skills. Experience in handling network audits is essential. Demonstrable experience in change management related to IT Infrastructure and application is also required.
