Job Description : PACKAGING PLANT MANAGER THAILAND Open to expats with 18+ years experience A leading packaging company with a strong presence in the market is looking for a Plant Manager to lead their Antwerp site. In this position as Plant Manager, some of your responsibilities will be: Provide leadership and guidance to the production team, supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence projects Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs Monitor daily operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure seamless coordination Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to achieve financial targets. You have a Master's degree in Engineering You have a strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry best practices You have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals You have a sound understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
