Lead the executive team in setting clear objectives, performance targets, and operational priorities to ensure effective execution and delivery of business outcomes. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence across all levels of the organization, promoting employee engagement and talent development initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, regulatory authorities, and industry partners, to support business development and growth opportunities. Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities, risks, and challenges, and adapt business strategies accordingly. Oversee financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation processes to optimize operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and financial performance. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Proven track record of successful leadership experience as a CEO, President, or senior executive in the oil & gas industry, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics, technologies, and market trends. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities, capable of translating vision into actionable strategies and driving organizational change and transformation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire high-performance teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Sound financial management skills, with the ability to analyze financial data, evaluate investment opportunities, and drive sustainable growth and profitability.
