Job Description : CFO TELECOM OCEANIA FOR DIGICEL 20-25 years experience Open to International candidates with telecom experience - Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Cashflow reports and forecasts - Overlook Month end closing - Analyze various financial trends - Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership - Preparation of Final accounts with notes and finalization - Work on Project Profitability & variance analysis - Responsible for management of Project Financing to maintain books of accounts along with financial reporting. - Timely cost effective procurement of funds by optimum leveraging the assets of the company. - Funding arrangement for upcoming projects by making loan proposal, getting proposal appraised, sanctions and putting funding in place. - Funding arrangement from banks/FIs through retail housing loans in residential projects. - Bank Guarantee Management. - Monitoring of debt servicing. - Relationship building with existing and prospective bankers/FIs for funding arrangement. - Ensuring timely reporting of MIS to management. - Hands on experience into Financial Modelling, Due Diligence and Vendor Audit.
