Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER NIGERIA 8) Instituting & executing high-level strategies, making high-stakes decisions and overcoming complex business challenges using experience-backed judgment, strong work ethics and irreproachable integrity 9) To create and sustain a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates the high performance amongst the team members 10) To explore business potential, opportunities as well as clientele to secure profitable business volumes 11) Planning day-to-day strategies, production planning & schedules, along with resource allocation for optimum output 12) Ensuring effective maintenance of 5S in section 13) To achieve the month targets 14) To monitor mass balance of plant 15) To institute shipment plan on daily basis. 16) Co-ordination withlogistics, Quality and Financedepartment to purchaseRCNand to Salekernelin international market. Required Candidate profile Must have valid passport. Must be ready to relocate at Nigeria. Must have handle more than 900 workers. Must have handle 35 to 40 MT capacity a day. BTECH from premier institute of India preferred not mandatory. Preferred if have experience of cashew industry. Min 8-10 years of work experience is required. Experience should include MNCs of India. Green belt or black belt in 6 Sigma will have more weightage
