General Manager

Job Description : GM AUTO TUNISIA French speaking candidates only Reporting to the Director of Operations in Europe, you supervise all of the Group's Tunisian activities. In this capacity, you prepare the overall budget of your entity as well as the management reports. Your role is to identify opportunities to improve the overall performance of the company and ensure their implementation. In coordination with the Group's strategy, you propose necessary investments in infrastructure and personnel and you submit them to the Board for validation. You supervise the activity of the production site (250 people) with a constant concern to respect the triptych of costs, quality and deadlines. You are in charge of establishing reliable production indicators and optimizing the organization of production. You ensure the implementation of the human resources strategy and represent the company to the administration. You are the guarantor of a peaceful social climate and good communication between departments. You come from higher education such as a major engineering school (ENSAM, INSA, UTC, Mines, etc.). You have at least 10 years' experience in management of industrial entities, ideally in the automotive sector. You have significant experience in results-oriented management and continuous improvement. You master performance and industrial quality techniques. A natural leader and manager, you have excellent listening skills and good technical and financial sensitivity.
