Job Description : PRODUCTION/PROCESS IN-CHARGE NIGERIA (Experience in pasta production) Location: Aba Abia Knowledge of production plans & procedures, maintain and develop the plans and targets to achieve annual improvements based on the company’s overall goals. Ensures the Quality system is established, implemented and maintained to the current quality program standards. Identifying strengths and weaknesses in order to build and develop skill sets of employees. Proper understanding of GMP and HSE Integrity and Transparency Highly motivated individual with efficient communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team Good Interpersonal skills. Analysis shift results and implements any necessary changes to increase productivity. Ensures that quality standards are implemented and adhered to. Monitors operational efficiencies, recommended and implements corrective action to improve operational efficiencies. Identifies causes and cost of waste, contamination and in efficiencies and takes appropriate action. Monitor and ensure adherence to company stands and SOP’s Minimum Experience, Skills & Knowledge Minimum of 15 years in manufacturing Pasta Plant (FAVA /PAWAN Machine) Qualification: B.Eng/Food Technology
