Job Description : Production Manager - Flexo Printing Expert - W&H MIRAFLEX - KUWAIT Job Overview To ensure all the SOPs are followed up by shift personnel in Printing department. Setting of printing process specifications of products, Packaging materials and Ingredients in accordance with customer specifications. To ensure the scheduling of Printing production on Mira-flex machine Key Responsibilities Responsible for printing process and production of printed materials as required. To Instruct Shift Personnel in Printing department to maintain production optimum levels at all times. To ensure all the SOPs are followed up by shift personnel in Printing department. Ensuring Mira-flex Printing machine utilization, idle time and the wastage are under specified norm. Follow the Printing production plan and job specification while operating the machine. Responsible for making requisition of required materials for Printing production. To ensure and maintain Printing machine shop floor in neat, clean order. To assist in scheduling of Printing production and raise daily production shift report to the Production In-charge. Ensure proper implementation of CCP, PRP and OPRP in Printing department. Overall responsibility for quality and Product safety of product in Printing department. Verification of the effectiveness of Corrective & Preventive Actions in Printing department. Verification of Process flow of Printing department. Ensuring relevant training of Product Safety Team in Printing department. To implement & monitor the effectiveness of FSMS in Printing Department. Supervisory Responsibility & Decision Making: Responsible for all Printing process activity and team. Responsible for training to all Printing department team. Responsible for maintaining minimal wastage and maximum output of Printing processes. Stop Printing production which is against specification. Stop the Printing machine if there are any abnormalities found in operation Reject issued materials from Warehouse which is not matching required specification of Printing process. Required Skills In-depth knowledge of Mira-flex Flexo Printing process, operations, and manufacturing process. Excellent communication skills. Baseline problem analysis and solving skills for Printing process. Good data gathering and analysis skills. Proficiency in the use of MS Office Leadership ability and strong management skills. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in graphic design, print technology, or related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in print production management or a related field Experience working with Flexo Printing Expert - W&H MIRAFLEX Knowledge of different print production techniques and processes.
