Job Description : B2B SALES MANAGER NIGERIA a leading provider of electrical and power products. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager/ BDM to drive B2B sales and expand presence in the West African market. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development plans for the West African region. Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the electrical and power products sector. Actively engage with potential clients, including electrical contractors, engineering firms, utilities, and government agencies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets. Promote products and services through marketing initiatives, events, and industry associations. Create compelling sales presentations and materials to showcase our offerings and value proposition. Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting. Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure progress against goals. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on market trends, competitive activities, and sales performance. Provide product training and technical support to clients and sales teams as needed. Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to electrical and power products. Proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the electrical, power, or related industry. Strong understanding of electrical and power products, systems, and solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
