Job Description : FMCG PLANT MANAGER KENYA a large FMCG company- Food Processing and Manufacturing. To maximise the plants total performance. To ensure the organisation maintains competitive advantage in the cost and quality of goods sold. Manages the production, engineering, quality and work safety Assures that company’s production objectives are met. Oversees the maintenance of plant buildings and equipment. Plant organizational and operational planning Selection and development of employees, pay administration, budget administration Annual budget, and performance report on Production, Engineering, Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Works accurate production levels given the level of sales forecast. Requirements Minimum of 20 years experience as Plant Manager in FMCG. Technically competent in understanding technical problems and challenges. Good personal organisation and planning skills Good business acumen and ability to understand financial drives. • Ability to lead others and influence and drive change • High tolerance for stress and ability to demonstrate sound judgment and decision making under pressure
