Job Description : SALES HEAD COMMERCIAL TRUCKS AND MINING EQUIPMENT TANZANIA Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs. 2. Administers and monitors factory-sponsored programs. Analyzes sales history to formulate new policies designed to promote sales. 3. Review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership. Serves as liaison between sales department and other departments. 4. Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements. Recommends or approves new expenditures and appropriations. 5. Maintains a professional appearance. 6. Actively participate in automotive group recruiting to hire sales talent for all positions 7. Coach sales staff on best practices for improving performance, conducting effective follow-up, closing deals, and meeting and exceeding sales goals 8. Forecast and track annual, quarterly, and monthly car sales to maximize gross profits 9. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all auto sales to increase retention and referrals to drive repeat car sales 10. Oversee all day-to-day activities within the in trucks dealership with a focus on high employee and customer morale 11. Keep an accurate record of existing and prospective customers within the CRM platform to effectively guide sales processes At least 15 years of experience working at a heavy commercial trucks with one or more years as a sales department manager or other management position is preferred Exemplary leadership, organizational, financial, computer proficiency, sales process and management, and interpersonal communications skills are necessary
