Job Description : Sr. Manager Tool Room & Mould ) VIETNAM Open to expats in a renowned Cycle & Tyres Mfg Company Department – Tool Room & Mould Qualification - Diploma / B.tech Industry Preferred – Any Manufacturing Job description for SPM – Tool Room Candidate should have 10+ Years hand experience in Moulding. Candidate must be B.tech/Diploma with a minimum of 15 years of practical experience of Special Purpose Machines Manufacturing, New Developments/Automation on existing machines, Practical knowledge of hydraulics & Pneumatics, Practical Knowledge of Machine tools & machining processes to manufacture different SPM parts, Auto Cad Knowledge, Costing of machines, etc. - Design machine : may be from concept stage or from some other old machine - He will design / manufacture all the parts for that machines in tool room using various tool room machines like lathe , shaper , milling machines etc - He design & manufacture machines from CONCEPT using low cost automation - He should have thorough knowledge about hydraulics & pneumatic etc - He should have good knowledge about tooling operations
