Finance Director

Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR DUBLIN IRELAND Role is open to all candidates who are eligible for EU work permit who analyzes daily financial activities and then provides advice and guidance to help the management team realize future financial plans. The goal is to enable the company to make good business decisions and achieve the company's objectives. In this role you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning. By accurately analyzing daily financial activities, you provide valuable insights and recommendations. Your guidance will enable company leaders to make informed decisions that align with the organization's long-term goals. You will also play a crucial role in developing and implementing financial plans that support the growth and profitability of the company. Monitoring financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking advantage of opportunities will be an integral part of your responsibilities. Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to management staff while recommending further action; Guiding the team (accounting and controlling, 8 FTE across 3 locations); Advising on investment activities and providing strategies that the company should follow; Maintain the financial health of the organization; Analyze costs, prices, variable contributions, sales results and the actual performance of the company compared to the business plans; Develop trends and projections for the company's finances; Conduct assessments and evaluations for cost savings opportunities; Oversee the activities of the finance department, set goals and objectives and design a framework to achieve them; Managing the budget; Liaising with auditors to ensure that company finances are appropriately audited; Corresponding with various other departments, discussing business plans and making agreements about future processes. Your knowledge and experience Master or Post-Master in a financial field; At least 20 years of experience as an MT member in a financial position; Knowledge of IFRS; Knowledge of the logistics sector; Strong interpersonal, communication and pr esentation skills; Able to develop and lead the team
