Responsibilities: - Provide strategic leadership and vision as a member of the executive team, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Oversee all aspects of operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, and engineering, to ensure seamless execution of business objectives. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, enhance productivity, and drive cost savings across the organization. - Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and accelerate the development and launch of new products and technologies. - Champion initiatives to enhance safety, sustainability, and compliance throughout the organization, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. - Extensive experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles. - Strong understanding of automotive operations, including manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control. - Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. - Strategic mindset with a focus on driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
