Job Description : FC NIGERIA FOR MANUFACTURING The ideal candidate should possess strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to oversee the financial operations of our company in Nigeria. 1. Manage and oversee the overall financial operations of the company in Nigeria. 2. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the financial health of the organization. 3. Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insight and recommendations to senior management. 4. Monitor and ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting requirements in Nigeria. 5. Manage and lead the finance team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 6. Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and strategic decisions. 7. Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities to improve the company's financial performance. 8. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth and expansion in Nigeria. 9. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies. 10. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes as a key member of the senior management team. 1. Inter-CA, Inter-ICWA, MCOM, BCOM, or MBA qualification. 2. 18 to 25 years of experience working in a manufacturing organization, with a strong background in financial management and control. 3. Proven track record of success in a senior financial role, demonstrating strategic thinking, leadership, and financial acumen. 4. Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements in Nigeria. 5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 6. Ability to relocate to Nigeria on a bachelor's status.
