Job Description : MD AUTO ZAMBIA 25+ years experience The most critical objective of this role is to deliver on our clients’ need for transformation, bridging Marketing/Communication Transformation, MarTech Transformation, Experience Transformation and Business Transformation. This role will help integrate and support growth across existing and new global Automotive accounts, with a primary focus on expanding integration across internal agencies, and in doing so expand the Groupe’s role, providing brand and business growth to our clients. The plan to build this new department and bring the best of the Groupe forward to deliver impactful strategies to our Automotive clients: Lead & Inspire: Establish thought leadership to define new industry vertical for new/existing clients, industry, and prospective Groupe talent. Establish an external media presence as Publicis Groupe’s Automotive Industry Analyst/Vertical Lead and internal partners through Groupe’s messaging platform Establish & Audit: Define the new department and team, and assess the highest value opportunities across Groupe Automotive clients Partner & Execute: Create a roadmap for growth for top tier accounts with cross-Groupe partners The role will be responsible for developing ideas and integrating with other teams to achieve early success and case studies to give credence to the work across automotive brands. Build and develop a team to achieve goals and fulfil the plan Create ‘Pitch deck’ for internal audiences describing the purpose of the industry vertical (purpose, objectives, how to partner) Define scope of partnerships with GCLs and agency Automotive leads Bring marketing strategy and communications insight and expertise to existing MarTech/DBT Workstreams Audit top tier Automotive accounts across the Groupe (in partnership with GCLs) Define common client objectives and business growth opportunities Define expert content and editorial roadmap Explore and shortlist partnership ideas with media outlets Begin to develop products to package Develop an Automotive Industry media presence for Groupe to fuel organic and new business growth Create and manage a more integrated and full-service Power of One Teams that leverage the benefit of complementary agencies for their clients’ business objectives Drive revenue growth from new solutions and services across accounts, across Groupe agencies Seasoned executive in the Automotive industry vertical Experience of both consulting and agency businesses to understand and connect both sides Skilled at building senior relationships and delivering high impact work for your clients Team player, driven by business value creation Excellent written, verbal, numerical, and presentation skills Thorough consulting skills and experience consulting to C-level clients
