Job Description : GM FMCG ZAMBIA 20-25 years experience European company looking for expats We are looking for an experienced Managing Director/Country Manager to grow the company’s business You will help transform the business by moving from an export strategy to a local business development strategy. Work with the Senior Leadership Team to develop operational plans, annual budgets and commercial growth strategies. Take responsibility for the regions commercial performance aiming to increase profitability and gain market share. Develop distributor metrics and assign new/replacement distributors as appropriate. Lead individual market strategies and define appropriate RTM. Build a new team to meet the changing needs as the business grows. Relevant, commercial FMCG experience in the country Successful track record in driving profitability and growth. Proven ability to influence both internal and external senior stakeholders. Experience of managing customer and supplier relationships including negotiations at a senior level. Fluent in English and preferably a second European language.
