You will take charge of all finance and accounting activities, leading fund-raising initiatives and managing investments. Your role will also involve building robust relationships with investors, ensuring a healthy cash flow that supports the company's ambitious expansion plans. Additionally, you will play an active part in strategic planning and overseeing financial operations for new ventures. Oversee all finance & accounting activities within the company Lead the fund-raising and investment process, ensuring alignment with the company's expansion plan Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing investors Ensure healthy cashflow that aligns with the company's growth strategy Participate actively in strategic planning and financial operations of new ventures The ideal candidate for this Chief Financial Officer position brings a wealth of experience from relevant industries, including at least five years at C-suite level. You have a proven track record of successful fund-raising and are well-versed in M&A, financial operations, and strategic planning. Experience in IPO processes is highly desirable, as is holding a CFA. Your strong leadership skills are matched by your extensive network within the investor community. At least 12 years of working experience with five years at C-suite levels in relevant industries Proven track record of successful fund-raising Experience in M&A with financial operations and strategic planning Experience in IPO process; CFA preferred Strong leadership skills and broad networks with investors
