The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the company's strategic direction, focusing on both organic growth and expansion strategies. As the Head of Corporate Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our client's innovative Proptech firm. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive strategies that drive both organic growth and expansion. Your ability to enhance operational efficiency will be crucial in ensuring cost-effectiveness across all operations. You will also take charge of organising fund-raising activities, developing compelling pitch decks, and managing communications with key stakeholders. Your role will also involve maintaining open lines of communication within the organisation, fostering a supportive and informed work environment. Assist in creating comprehensive strategies for short, medium, and long-term business goals Focus on both organic growth and inorganic expansion strategies Enhance operational efficiency to ensure increased cost-effectiveness Organise and prepare data room for fund-raising activities Develop impactful pitch decks for presentations to potential investors Manage communications with investors and other key stakeholders Maintain effective communication with the top management team and employees on behalf of the CEO office Ensure transparency and alignment with organisational goals Foster a collaborative and informed work environment The ideal candidate for this Head of Corporate Strategy role brings a wealth of experience from management or strategic consulting roles. Your background includes time spent at top-tier consulting firms where you have demonstrated your ability to participate effectively in consulting projects. You have between one to three years' experience working within smaller setups, with prior experience in mid-sized companies or growing start-ups being highly desirable. Your understanding of strategy and fund-raising will be essential to your success in this role. Minimum of four years of experience in management or strategic consulting Previous roles in top-tier consulting firms Detailed account of participation in consulting projects, showcasing specific roles and responsibilities One to three years of experience in a smaller setup Prior experience in mid-sized companies or growing start-ups is preferred
